Foto Fest South
8th September 2019 at the University of Bath
We’ll be announcing our headline speaker soon, but in the meantime, to whet your appetite, here is how the rest of the day is shaping up…
Tom is a professional award winning fine art wildlife photographer based in the UK. He has been awarded in various international competitions including the European Wildlife Photographer Of The Year competition. Tom favours a fine art style approach to photography and regular exhibits his work in galleries and exhibitions. He spends the majority of his time overseas focusing on large mammals around the world. Tom’s main passion is Africa where assignments have seen him focus on Elephant and Lion in Kenya and Leopard in Zambia.
Rachael is a former lawyer turned professional photographer specialising in the coast. Her inspiration comes from a childhood spent at sea and she is most known for her Sirens portfolio, critically acclaimed photographs of stormy seas, named after creatures of myth and legend. This portfolio is now the subject of a fine art photobook published by Triplekite Books.
At some time in life crossroads are presented to you or thrust upon you. I really believe that true happiness is about following your passion. In 2017 that big change came for me and I decided that I wanted to experience the environment I love so much more – the great outdoors. My adventure as a full time landscape photographer began.
Headline Speaker to be announced on 10th December
We’re so excited by our headline speaker and can’t wait to share the news with you.
Q&A hosted by TogCast
In the final part of the day, we bring all 4 of our speakers together for a panel discussion, hosted by TogCast.
You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, perhaps inspired by our speakers’ earlier talks.
Audience participation is a must!
Our 2018 Market Place Brand Partners
As ever, we will also have the Market Place, which is open throughout the day. We’ll have plenty on offer from our brand partners, and you’ll have the chance to chat to the experts and get advice on your next photographic purchase.
